We fully designed this project and built with only a tricky vacant block and restrictive plan of subdivision.

​

The design and subsequent build required a lot of out-of-the-box thinking, and resulted in a home that was named a ‘landmark’ by neighbours who witnessed the construction. Some of the 3d renders we generated are shown below, these renders and fly-throughs are a useful tool for demonstrating to owners what their vision would look like built.

 

The result is a functional, imposing and strong presence in the landscape and surrounding streets. Placed on a prominent corner, it has become well known in the area and highly valued by estate agents.

We designed every aspect of this project, and also built it in conjuction with another builder and a small team of tradesmen.
